PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The purpose of the training is to provide knowledge and perspectives on Japan, Japanese culture and business culture. The aim is for the participant to acquire a good level of CQ competence and to be able to use the tools independently after completing the training.
TARGET GROUP
The training is suitable for those who work with Japanese colleagues, are moving or have moved to Japan and want to quickly understand how best to navigate the Japanese culture.
FROM THE CONTENT
The Japan-specific specialisation provides a good insight into Japanese business culture and the factors that have shaped the Japan we see today. Through the lens of Japanese culture, we learn to understand the cultural clashes that can arise when working in Japan and with colleagues from Japan.
Case studies are interspersed with theoretical lectures and are adapted to the actual training session.
