In addition to lectures and trainings, I offer consultation and coaching in the fields of interculture leadership, CQ (culture competence), and meeting management.

Our meetings take up a lot of unnecessary time and resources. Inefficient meetings can be one of the reasons for poor performance management.

Sometimes, as a manager, you don’t know what’s wrong, let alone what to do about it. Problems with meetings can be both structural, relational, and cultural.

Maybe you need to stabilise the meeting structure or review the meeting culture and meeting management.

Sometimes it can be small adjustments to existing meetings that make a difference.

If you have meetings with global employees, expectations about the purpose of the meeting can vary widely. Is it a working meeting, an information meeting, or a decision-making meeting? This is where intercultural competence plays an important role.
