We will support the ex-pat for a smooth transition and adaptation with their private and professional lives in mind.<\/em><br \/>\n<span class=\"jp-2col-inforuta\"><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 1 day<br \/>\n<strong>Language:<\/strong> Swedish\/English<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Physical\/Digital<br \/>\n<strong>Participants:<\/strong> 4-10<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>An ex-pat leaving early due to trouble adapting to a new life and culture is a personal failure and a costly matter we all like to avoid.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, we need to consider and align the three dimensions of individual, family, and organization all through the ex-pat experience.<\/p>\n<h3>PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES<\/h3>\n<p>The purpose of the training is to prepare you cognitively, emotionally and practically for your new adventure abroad.
