Pia Moberg<\/h2>\n

Trainer and lecturer with a focus on CQ, cultural competence and how we create meaningful meetings. Pia holds a PhD in Japanese from the University of Gothenburg. She is a certified business and leadership coach and a member of Sietar Europe. Pia has written several books on intercultural communication, Japan and meeting management.<\/p>\n

Pia’s latest book Meeting Cookbook \u2013 Leading Meetings in a Global and Online World helps meeting leaders and meeting participants to effectively conduct their meetings. Co-author is Erik Mattsson. The book is also the guide and companion to Pia’s patented brand \u20185S of Meetings\u2019. 5S is the foundation of Japan’s production philosophy (lean, TPS, kaizen, etc.), and is a proven troubleshooting and improvement method worldwide. \u20185S of Meetings\u2019 applies 5S to our meetings and is a brand new tool to improve our meeting structure.<\/p>\n

Erik Mattson<\/h2>\n

Erik Mattson is the CEO and founder of the communications company Ordrum. He works as a lecturer, moderator and trainer in communication. He has written the Speaking Cookbook, the Meeting Cookbook and the Writing Cookbook. Erik holds a Masterclasses in presentation technique and trains prospective lawyers in rhetoric.<\/p>\n

Erik, together with Pia, is co-author of the book “Meeting Cookbook \u2013 Leading Meetings in a Global and Online World”.<\/p>\n

Mika Tejbo<\/h2>\n

Mika Tejbo is a trainer and lecturer in intercultural communication. She has studied electrical engineering at Chalmers University of Technology, holds a bachelor’s degree in Japanese and has done master’s studies in intercultural communication. After two years in Japan as a teacher on the JET programme, Mika is contracted at Samarkand2015 AB in Ludvika to conduct trainings and workshops focusing on CQ, cultural competence.<\/p>\n

Mika is passionate about TPS, Lean and Japanese quality assurance systems. Gregor Schill<\/h2>\n

Gregor has a long experience of educating individuals and groups in coaching, coaching leadership, coaching related to stress and mental training. Gregor also works a lot with peak performance in sports and many of his clients are athletes and leaders in business. He is certified in DISC and GDQ, and is the head of the Association of Business and Leadership Coaching (ABLC) – an organization specializing in education and individual programs in leadership, coaching and personal development. He has written books on coaching and mental training.<\/p>\n

Peter Chadwick<\/h2>\n

Peter Chadwick is an engineer, project manager, aviator and cross-cultural coach working worldwide from his base in France. His qualifications include engineering, project management, both general and cross-cultural coaching certifications and a private pilot\u2019s licence. He has been awarded the status of Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is certified in the Kirkpatrick approach to competence development.<\/p>\n

Peter has a long track record of designing and facilitating pragmatic support to individuals, teams and organisations \u2013 harnessing the power of international collective intelligence for business success through such factors as leadership, innovation, technology, sales and agile project management. Peter has together with Pia Moberg written the book Meeting Sense: The Chadberg Model \u2013 a guide to efficient meetings on all levels in any culture.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=”yes” el_class=”se-om-presentation”][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]\"\"<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]\n

Charlotta Brynger<\/h2>\n

Charlotta Brynger\u00a0is Professor of Practice for the Humanities and Leadership at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, and\u00a0works closely with the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is a recurrent guest lecturer at the University of Gothenburg.\u00a0Charlotta\u00a0has lived in the\u00a0USA, France, Netherlands, Germany, and Italy.<\/p>\n

She\u00a0is a certified\u00a0cross-cultural\u00a0facilitator and consultant, working with clients to leverage cultural assets. She is founder and CEO of CueMe. Pia and Charlotta have a joint cooperation in GMA, cultural training for expatriates.<\/p>\n

Sven Calander<\/h2>\n

Sven Calander is a civil engineer whose professional career was based in China from the mid-1980s, holding senior positions in large and medium-sized Swedish companies and the Swedish Embassy. His last major assignment was as Technical Director of the Swedish Pavilion at the EXPO 2010 World Exhibition in Shanghai. Since 2012, Sven has been running China Competence Consulting, focusing on China. He has also developed and implemented language courses in Mandarin for professionals.<\/p>\n

Sven works with Japco on seminars and training focused on China in Cultural Competence and Culture Training for Expatriates.<\/p>\n

Pia Andersson<\/h2>\n

Academically, Pia has a vast experience in conflict resolution, drama pedagogy, group dynamics group processes and mediation. Apart from being a lecturer and researcher at Gothenburg University she is also a consultant for the business sector and local government. She is supervisor at the Programme for headmasters and her PhD dealt with questions on group cooperation related to complex issues.<\/p>\n

Pia is devoted to working with groups and helping them solve their problems in the best way possible. Heidi Christensen<\/h2>\n

Heidi Christensen has an academic background in organizational studies, leadership and conflict resolution at Gothenburg University. She works with the Employment Service as a competence coach. Her training involves seminars and workshops on topics such as effective meetings, gender equality and norms in society and ain the work place. Passionate about Edutrain Center Sweden, which engages in school activities in Kenya with the aim of educating out of poverty.<\/p>\n
