Understanding CQ

How do I know if my international colleagues understood what we agreed upon during the meeting? How come a colleague can criticize me and not explain why? How important are formal power structures?

Understanding CQ provides participants with an overall cross-cultural picture and prepares them for the sort of cultural shocks that are likely to occur when working in intercultural teams, or with a business partner from another culture. We compare and dissect social customs, leadership styles, hierarchical structures and decision making processes.
